Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

I offer specialized treatment for OCD and related disorders such as BDD, health anxiety, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g., skin picking, hair pulling). Therapy looks a little different for everyone, but we will most likely use a combination of Exposure and Response Prevention (the ‘gold-standard’ for OCD) and other evidence-based treatments like ACT and CBT. We will begin to face the fear and uncertainty at a pace that feels safe and supportive and ultimately gives you the freedom and flexibility you’ve been craving.
